While you might have concerns that less-than-ideal weather could affect the outcome of your photos, rest assured that even under cloudy skies or in light rain, we can create beautiful and one-of-a-kind memories.

However, when you book with me, we’ll set a backup date in advance so if conditions become extremely challenging, your celebration can still happen exactly as you dreamed—without any extra cost or stress.

This isn’t about showing up and winging it. From questionnaires and moodboards to location scouting and a shared creative approach, the day feels intentional, not improvised.

Online digital gallery & sneak peek

Your high-resolution images will be delivered through a secure online gallery, accessible for one year. A sneak peek will be available there shortly after your session, so you can start reliving the magic right away. All photos are downloadable and easy to share with friends and family.

Video add-on available

Capture your day in motion with an optional elopement or wedding film, available as an add-on to your package for an additional fee. Crafted to complement your photos and bring your adventure to life.

For 15 years, I captured love through the lens of traditional weddings. But three years ago, I chose a different path, one filled with alpine trails, golden peaks, and quiet moments far from crowded ballrooms.

Becoming an elopement photographer in the Canadian Rockies was a natural step. I’ve always felt most alive in the wild: hiking, climbing, dirtbiking, or simply exploring new corners of the world.

Now I work with not just eloping couples, but anyone who wants to connect with each other and with nature, creating stories rooted in meaning and adventure.

Once you’ve chosen your package, I’ll send over the contract and first half payment invoice. A signed agreement and retainer officially lock in your date.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier you book, the better! Most elopements tend to book around 6 months in advance, while weddings and venues often require booking about a year ahead. If you have a specific date or vendor in mind, it’s best to secure your spot early.

We’ve never had our photos taken. Will it feel awkward?

Believe it or not, most of my couples feel this way at first! But don’t worry — my approach is natural and relaxed, never stiff or forced. I’ll guide you through genuine moments and easy movement so you feel comfortable and look like yourselves. Most people end up having way more fun than they expect.

What if we’re not outdoorsy or don’t hike?

You don’t need to be! There are plenty of stunning, easy-to-access locations in Banff and the surrounding parks that don’t require a hike. Whether you’re up for an adventure or prefer something close to the road, we’ll find a setting that suits your comfort level and still feels breathtaking.

Is travel included in your prices?

Travel within Banff National Park, Canmore, and Kananaskis is included in all packages. For locations beyond these areas, I’ll provide a custom quote ahead of time — no hidden fees or surprises.

Can we customize a package?

Of course! Every couple’s story is unique, and no wedding is one-size-fits-all. Custom packages and add-ons are available to make sure your coverage fits your exact vision.

How many images will we receive?

It depends on your coverage length and how your day unfolds, but you can expect around 50–60 photos per hour booked. Every image is carefully selected and hand-edited to tell your story with intention — quality always comes first.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

I truly believe there’s beauty in every kind of weather — cloudy skies, rain, or even snow can make your photos unforgettable. But if conditions become unsafe or extreme, we’ll fall back on your complimentary pre-scheduled backup date to keep things stress-free.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes — beautifully printed albums and keepsakes are available as add-ons to your package. You can also order prints directly from your online gallery to make the process easy.

What if we’re planning a bigger wedding?

Let’s talk about it! I love intimate celebrations but also enjoy photographing larger weddings. They just require a bit more planning — I’ll work with you to tailor the coverage to your day.
