You don’t need any hiking or mountain experience to book a photo session. There are plenty of beautiful, easy-to-access locations in Banff and the surrounding parks that offer stunning views without the effort.
Whether you’re up for an adventure or prefer to stay close to the road, we’ll find a spot that suits your comfort level and still delivers incredible photos.
Believe it or not, this is the case for most of my clients. But do not worry, my process is natural and relaxed, not stiff or forced.
I focus on genuine connection, little moments, and easy movement, so you’ll look and feel like yourselves the whole time. Most people who’ve never been in front of the camera end up loving the experience!
The number of photos you receive depends on the length of your session and how it unfolds. While there’s no fixed number, you can typically expect around 30 to 50 photos per hour booked.
I focus on quality over quantity, every image is carefully selected and hand-edited to tell your story with intention. If you'd like to see a full gallery example, I’d be happy to share one!
While you might have concerns that less-than-ideal weather could affect the perfection of your photos, rest assured that even under cloudy skies or in the rain, we can create beautiful and one-of-a-kind memories. So, let's embrace the unique atmosphere that the weather brings!
However, if conditions become extremely challenging, I am always flexible and happy to reschedule your session if possible. Your peace of mind is my top priority.
Travel within Banff National Park, Canmore, and Kananaskis is included in the base price. If your chosen location is outside of that area, I’ll provide a custom quote ahead of time, no surprises.
As early as possible! Especially for summer, when dates fill up quickly.
Booking in advance also gives us more time to plan your experience properly, from locations to timeline, so everything feels seamless and intentional. That said, if your date is coming up soon, feel free to reach out! I’ll always do my best to make something work depending on availability.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your session.Because a significant amount of planning, communication, and location scouting happens in advance, the retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations
- More than 14 days before your session: your final payment will not be charged.
- Between 14 and 7 days before: 25% of the full balance will be refunded.
- Within 7 days of the session: the full session fee is non-refundable.If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to accommodate depending on availability.
